Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh 

It is a common question among people that what is Amrit Vaylaa,some say it is dawn or before dawn

As far we see budda dal nihangs,they wake up 12 am and for others timing is different but despite these differences people don't actually ponder over root spirituality i.e Adhyatam of Gurmat and get involved in debates and conflicts


We have pick some important panktis from gurbani to clear confusion 


●In very simple language in this pankti it is written Amrit naam (The spiritual name of ambrosial nectar) is for all times(Sarab vela)


Raag Sorath - Ang 611 guru granth sahib 

ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਮੁ ਭੋਜਨੁ ਨਿਤ ਭੁੰਚਹੁ ਸਰਬ ਵੇਲਾ ਮੁਖਿ ਪਾਵਹੁ ॥

So eat the Ambrosial Name of the Lord as your food; put it into your mouth at all times.


●Lord is timeless as we know so all times will continue without start and end for lord,the Amrit is ever lasting without any issue


Raag Vadhans - Ang 566 guru granth sahib 

 ਵਖਤੁ ਸੁਹਾਵਾ ਸਦਾ ਤੇਰਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਾਣੀ ॥੩॥

Ever beauteous is Your time, O Lord; the Bani of Your Word is Ambrosial Nectar. ||3||


●Naam Amrit is again and again never ending cycle it even surpasses time limitations

ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਬਚਨ ਮਨ ਮਹਿ ਸਿੰਚਉ ਬੰਦਉ ਬਾਰ ਬਾਰ ॥੩॥

I cherish and gather in His Ambrosial Words within my mind; time and time again, I bow to Him. ||3||

His arrogant pride is banished from within. 💭You are lowely creature if you disobey parents ## Vaar 34 pauri 21 bhai gurdas vaar ਪੁਤੁ ਨ ਮੰਨੈ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਕਮਜਾਤੀਂ ਵੜੀਐ। If the son disobeys the parents, he is considered a lowly creature. 💭Do not argue with parents ## Ang 1200 guru granth sahib conveys guru raamdas ਕਾਹੇ ਪੂਤ ਝਗਰਤ ਹਉ ਸੰਗਿ ਬਾਪ ॥ O son, why do you argue with your father? ਜਿਨ ਕੇ ਜਣੇ ਬਡੀਰੇ ਤੁਮ ਹਉ ਤਿਨ ਸਿਉ ਝਗਰਤ ਪਾਪ ॥੧॥
