# 52 Hukams of Guru Gobind Singh.
## 52 hukams of 10th Sikh Guru Guru Gobind Singh ji was written was copied down by Sant Raam Singh koer whose great grandfather was Bhai Baba Buddha.
### 52 hukams
1. Do the actions according to Sikhi.
2. Give one tenth of your salary.
3. Memorise Gurbani.
4. Wake up in Amrit Vayla(The time of getting Amrit)
5. Serve a Sikh Sevadar of Almighty with devotion.
6. Learn the interpretations of Gurbani from Sikh scholars.
7. Follow the Rehat of 5 kakkars strictly.
8. Practice Shabad Gurbani.
9. Concenterate on the Almighty.
10. Consider Guru granth sahib ji as guru.
11.At the begining of a task,do ardaas
12. At birth,death or marriage ceremonies do japji sahib,make karah parsad,do five stanzas of anand sahib,do ardaas and then distribute karah parsad to the Panj pyaare,the Granthi and then to the Sangat.
13. Until karah parsad is completely distributed,the Sangat should remain sitting and unmoving.
14. Do not start household life without Anand Karaj.
15. Recognise all other woman other than your wife as mothers and sisters in status.Do not engage in martial behavior with them.
16. Do not silence your wife.
17. Abandon the worldly,false tobacco poison.
18. Keep the company of Rehatvant Sikh who meditate on God.
19. Do not be lazy while doing work.
20. Do kirtan and katha of Gurbani daily.
21. Do not engage in slander,gossip or spite anyone .
22. Do not take pride in wealth,youth and caste.Guru Nanak is your highest great grandfather (spiritually).Make special relations with Gursikhs.
23. Keep the religious discipline high and pure.
24. Do not refrain from doing Righteous deeds.
25. Recognize Waheguru as the giver of intellect and strength.
26. Do not believe a person who break promises.
27. Rule independently. In the affairs of government, do not give people of other religions authority/power.
28. Study politics.
29. Treat enemy equally like others,keep money (Seva),keep secret with him(for battle purposes),
30. Practice the knowledge of weaponary and horse riding.
31. Study the books and knowledge of other faiths.But keep trust in Gurbani and Akaalpurakh.
32. Follow the teachings of Guru.
33. After Rehras sahib, do Ardas standing up.
34. Recite Sohila sahib and last Salok of japji sahib before going to sleep.
35. Do not remiain with turban.
36. Do not call nicknames of Singh.
37. Do not consume Alcohol.
38. Do not giver daughter to a clean shaven for marriage.Give her hand in a house where Akaalpurakh Sikhi exist,also house is not in debt,is of a good nature ,is disciplined and knowledgeable.
39. Do all work with respect to Gurbani.
40. Do not ruin someone's work by gossip.
41. Do not utter bitter statements.
42. Make pilgrimages to Gurduwara only.
43. Fulfill all promises that are made.
44. Do as much seva as you can for foreigneers,the needy and the troubled.

45. Recognize the property of a daughter as poison.
46. Do not become an outward show-off Sikh.
47. Live your life as a Keshdhari Sikh.
48. Do not engage in theft,gangs,fraud and falisity.
49. Believe a true sikh.
50.Do not give false testimony.
51.Do not cheat.
52. Distribute Langar and Karah parsad with equality.
