Sikhi does not support hardcore yoga school as a religious practice of sikhi

Baapar govind naae means dealing in the name of Almighty i welcome all sikhs.We are going to talk about what sikhi views yoga.What kind of lies are being propagated by 3HO kundalani people.Here we go.

In gurmukhi language,words yog and jog means union.In gurmukhi language word y and j sounds similar.

Like yoni and joni.In fact that is different topic but i said in order to clear.When a person unites with Almighty in the sense with love,knowledge etc unites with Almighty breaking all connections with world is jog or yog.It is spiritual concept not physicality can lead you to jog because it ultimately depends on consciousness.

Sikhi prohibts the postures associated with yog in terms of spirituality as these postures are inturn imitation of postures of creatures.When those creatures could not find through postures,so how come a human!
3HO people are just fooling people about sikhi without sources and evidences.
I do not reject excerscise view of physical yoga but we can not associate it with sikhi spirituality at all as it was never given in faith.Rather it is an innovation made by fools.

In desa singh rehatnama a strong narration for khalsa is given about patanjali yogis because they lie about Gurmat 

It clearly makes distinction between khalsa nad others.
👉 Guru granth sahib clearly asks to abandon physical yoga it as this is physicality quite different from spirituality
ਆਸਨੁ ਪਵਨ ਦੂਰਿ ਕਰਿ ਬਵਰੇ ॥
Abandon your Yogic postures and breath control exercises, O madman.

👉Bhai gurdas ji,comapanion of 5th guru arjan dev ji has clearly written in the dark period when a person face,only name of Almighty is support instead of postures.

ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਖਾਲਾ ॥੩੧॥
In Kaliyug, instead of yogic exercises,O nanak, the name of the Lord who is beyond all sufferings is the only source of delight.
👉The way of yog of Gursikh is quite different and has nothing to do with patanjali yoga.

੧੫ : ਅਸਲੀ ਯੋਗ, ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗ
Gursikh a yogi , saadhsangat

ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਜੋਗੀ ਜਾਗਦੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਕਰਨਿ ਉਦਾਸੀ।
Yogi Sikhs of the Guru are ever awake and remain detached amidst maya.

ਕੰਨੀ ਮੁੰਦਰਾਂ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਗੁਰ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਧੂੜਿ ਬਿਭੂਤ ਸੁ ਲਾਸੀ।
Gurumantr for them is the earring and the dust of the feet of saints is ashes for them.

ਖਿੰਥਾ ਖਿਮਾਂ ਹੰਢਾਵਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਪਤ੍ਰ ਭਾਉ ਭੁਗਤਿ ਬਿਲਾਸੀ।
Forgiveness is their patched blanket, love their begging bowl and devotion is their trumpet (sitig),

ਸਬਦ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਸਿੰਙੀ ਵਜੈ ਡੰਡਾ ਗਿਆਨੁ ਧਿਆਨੁ ਗੁਰਦਾਸੀ।
Knowledge is their staff, and obedience to the Guru is their meditation.

ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਗੁਰ ਗੁਫੈ ਬਹਿ ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮਾਧਿ ਅਗਾਧਿ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ।
Sitting in the cave in the form of holy congregation, they reside in unfathomable equipoise.

ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗ ਅਰੋਗ ਹੋਇ ਕਰਿ ਸੰਜੋਗ ਵਿਜੋਗ ਖਲਾਸੀ।
Getting cured of the ailment of ego, they are liberated from the bonds of comings and goings (birth and death).

ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਸਾਬਾਸੀ ॥੧੫॥
Holy congregation is applauded because of the wisdom of the Guru that resides in it.

੭ : ਜੋਗ
Jog

ਤ੍ਰੈਸਤੁ ਅੰਗੁਲ ਲੈ ਮਨੁ ਪਵਣੁ ਮਿਲਾਇਆ।
The breath going ten fingers out the mind is associated with the vital air the practice is completed.

ਸੋਹੰ ਸਹਜਿ ਸੁਭਾਇ ਅਲਖ ਲਖਾਇਆ।
The imperceptible soham (I am He) is united in equipoise.

ਨਿਝਰਿ ਧਾਰਿ ਚੁਆਇ ਅਪਿਉ ਪੀਆਇਆ।
In this state of equipoise, the rare drink of ever-wing cascade is quaffed.

ਅਨਹਦ ਧੁਨਿ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਇ ਨਾਦ ਵਜਾਇਆ।
Getting absorbed in the unstruck melody a mysterious sound is heard.

ਅਜਪਾ ਜਾਪੁ ਜਪਾਇ ਸੁੰਨ ਸਮਾਇਆ।
Through silent prayer, one merges in the Suny (Lord)

ਸੁੰਨਿ ਸਮਾਧਿ ਸਮਾਇ ਆਪੁ ਗਵਾਇਆ।
And in that perfect mental tranquillity egoism is done away with.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪਿਰਮ ਚਖਾਇ ਨਿਜ ਘਰੁ ਛਾਇਆ।
The gurmukhs drink from the cup of love and establish themselves in their own real self.

ਗੁਰਸਿਖਿ ਸੰਧਿ ਮਿਲਾਇ ਪੂਰਾ ਪਾਇਆ ॥੭॥
Meeting the Guru, the Sikh achieves the perfect completeness.

੧੫ : ਜੋਗ ਦੀ ਜੁਗਤੀ ਵਿਖੇ
Jog-technique for Gurmukh  

ਜੋਗ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਗੁਰ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ।
Guru has explained the technique of jog to the Sikhs.

ਆਸਾ ਵਿਚ ਨਿਰਾਸੁ ਨਿਰਾਸੁ ਵਲਾਇਆ।
Remain detached amidst all the hopes and cravings.

ਥੋੜਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਅੰਨੁ ਖਾਇ ਪੀਆਇਆ।
Eat less food and drink little water.

ਥੋੜਾ ਬੋਲਣ ਬੋਲ ਨ ਝਖਿ ਝਖਾਇਆ।
Speak less and do not talk nonsensical.

ਥੋੜੀ ਰਾਤੀ ਨੀਦ ਨ ਮੋਹਿ ਫਹਾਇਆ।
Sleep less and do not be caught in any infatuation.

ਸੁਹਣੇ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਜਾਇ ਨ ਲੋਭ ਲੁਭਾਇਆ ॥੧੫॥

੧੬ : ਓਹੋ ਹੀ
Yoga-technique for Gursikhs

ਮੁੰਦ੍ਰਾ ਗੁਰ ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ।
The sermon of the Guru is the earrings of a jogi.

ਖਿੰਥਾ ਖਿਮਾ ਸਿਵਾਇ ਝੋਲੀ ਪਤਿ ਮਾਇਆ।
Forgiveness is the patched blanket and in the beggar's bad is the name of the Lord of maya (God).

ਪੈਰੀ ਪੈ ਪਾਖਾਕ ਬਿਭੂਤ ਬਣਾਇਆ।
Humbly touching of the feet ashes.

ਪਿਰਮ ਪਿਆਲਾ ਪਤ ਭੋਜਨੁ ਭਾਇਆ।
Cup of love is the bowl, which is filled with the food of affection.

ਡੰਡਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਵਿਚਾਰੁ ਦੂਤ ਸਿਧਾਇਆ।
Knowledge is the staff with which the messengers of different propensities of mind are cultured.

ਸਹਜ ਗੁਫਾ ਸਤਿਸੰਗੁ ਸਮਾਧਿ ਸਮਾਇਆ ॥੧੬॥
Holy congregation is the tranquil cave wherein the jogi resides in equipoise.
