# Sikh Jhatka vs Islamic Zabiha aka Halal.Rebuttal to the Islamic banner of Halal over Jhatka in the light of Sikhi.

## Introduction:-
Many muslims try to convince others that Zabiha aka halal is best method over Jhatka.They try to assert Zabiha has more advantages and scientifically proven correct.They criticise Jhatka method of Sikhi on the basis of Analysis they have made.So i am going to giving refutations to their each claim conclusively.Here we go.
### First Claim:-Using science and Dr Modi comments on jhatka and approving zabiha(halal) over it.
Dr modi has published a book in which he wrotes about jhatka.Muslims believe being doctor he proved the best in their own sense.Some muslims even believe that science boosts halal and then conclude blindly that islam is true religion of God over our beloved Sikhi Prab bakas(Akaalpurakh forgive) .My question to them is why did not Dr.Modi converted to Islam after getting to know about Halal in his research?That is bitter but truth Dr.Modi did not revert to islam.Also if you look in modi's work he wrotes jhatka gives more pain than Zabiha!Wait Dr Modi then i think punishment given to apostates must also have Zabiha rather decipitation(jhatka) for more mercy Right!Jhatka method is one short blow on behind neck of animal,in less time spinal connections are cut from brain.So in less time very very less pain is recieved.You know seriously these rib rickling people are so strange that it makes me shame over their thinking.Dr Modi addes something more to Zabiha that jhatka does not loose all blood and blood clots remains in the animal as compared to Zabiha.Even muslims claim jhatka allows impurities and germs to be in flesh.Look flesh obtained has to go through boiling,boiling removes maximum germs and impurities.Blood clots even get pure due to boiling.So this point has no significance.Dr Modi work is just a paradox.Our sikhs must mock his work and others supporting such thing.At least we would not allow such claims to show Sikhi is word of God over islam likewise!
In fact kutha,the meat obtained by violent means is prohibited in sikhi strictly in Muktinama bhai sahib singh verse 7 ,bhai desa singh rehatnama, bhai daya singh rehatnama, bhatt vahi sakhis etc.
### Second Claim:-Using Doctor Science to prove pointwise defects in halal again!
In this section we are going to give refutation to the each doctor point quoted by Muslims for Jhatka.
1.Pain:-Muslims believe that by doing halal they cut off jugular veins of the throat which cuts off oxygen supply and hence brain dies immidiately.As per their analysis halal is painless.Do they stand on their scriptures?Are they sure?Look carefully the methodology of Zabiha is clearly written in Hadiths.In quran in surrah(chapter) 5 Al maidah ayat(verse) 3 prohibits blood but allows them to consume at harsh conditions with forgiveness of allah.If muslims believe zabiha is painless then this hadith would not demand mercy.I am quoting hadith of Sunan ibn majah.In sunan ibn majah in English version : Vol. 4, Book 27, Hadith 3170

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَشْعَثِ، عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ
إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ كَتَبَ الإِحْسَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ فَإِذَا قَتَلْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا الْقِتْلَةَ وَإِذَا ذَبَحْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا الذَّبْحَ وَلْيُحِدَّ أَحَدُكُمْ شَفْرَتَهُ وَلْيُرِحْ ذَبِيحَتَهُ "
It was narrated from Shaddad bin Aws that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"Allah has prescribed Al-Ihsan (proficiency) in all things. So if you kill, then kill well, and if you slaughter, then slaughter well. Let one of you sharpen his blade and spare suffering to the animal he slaughters."

Wait wait spare sufffering!but this is clear contradiction to muslims claiming Zabiha is painless.
Not only sunan ibn majah but sunan an nasai and 40 hadith Nawawi have same quoting.Also it is a strong hadith classified sahih
2. Cleaniness:-Muslims claim sikhs are eating jhatka which is impure as per their mindset which is quite wrong.Jhatka meat is boiled before eating.Boiling kills maximum germs and removes impurities.If jhatka suppose was so unhygienic then how come many jhatka consumers are healthy???
Muslims themselves contradict in claiming zabiha completely pure.A sahih hadith of Book Sunan Abu Dawud In arabic/urdu book : Book 17, Hadith 8
English translation : Book 16, Hadith 2845
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُجَالِدٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ مَا عَلَّمْتَ مِنْ كَلْبٍ أَوْ بَازٍ ثُمَّ أَرْسَلْتَهُ وَذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَكُلْ مِمَّا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ " . قُلْتُ وَإِنْ قَتَلَ قَالَ " إِذَا قَتَلَهُ وَلَمْ يَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَإِنَّمَا أَمْسَكَهُ عَلَيْكَ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْبَازُ إِذَا أَكَلَ فَلاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ وَالْكَلْبُ إِذَا أَكَلَ كُرِهَ وَإِنْ شَرِبَ الدَّمَ فَلاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ ."
Narrated Adi ibn Hatim:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Eat what ever is caught for you by a dog or a hawk you have trained and set off when you have mentioned Allah's name. I said: (Does this apply) if it killed (the animal)? He said: When it kills it without eating any of it, for it caught it only for you.
Abu Dawud said: If a hawk eats any of it, there is no harm (in eating it). If a dog eats it, it is disapproved (to eat the meat). If it drinks blood, there is no harm (in eating it).

Abu dawud comments clear hawk can eat first if wills then the consumer.Hawk is also an animal.Hawk is also not a human being.It doubts me as well as others.Is this called cleaniness?How can they doubt sikhs?
Now let us talk about blood which may be disturbing but muslims can eat blood of fish and locust.In sunan ibn majah

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ
أُحِلَّتْ لَنَا مَيْتَتَانِ وَدَمَانِ فَأَمَّا الْمَيْتَتَانِ فَالْحُوتُ وَالْجَرَادُ وَأَمَّا الدَّمَانِ فَالْكَبِدُ وَالطِّحَالُ "
It was narrated from "Abdullah bin "Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"Two kinds of dead meat and two kinds of blood have been permitted to us. The two kinds of dead meat are fish and locusts, and the two kinds of blood are the liver and the spleen"

Blood clotting can also occur in fish and locust.It really doubts people about zabiha being projected.Simply they are hypocrites.
Morever fish also feeds on filth in water.
So simply today those muslims are doing biddah i.e innovation regarding zabiha.Locusts are insects,how can islam sanctions these as well?
In sahih al bukhari volume 7 book 67 hadith 403
Hadith
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم سَبْعَ غَزَوَاتٍ أَوْ سِتًّا، كُنَّا نَأْكُلُ مَعَهُ الْجَرَادَ. قَالَ سُفْيَانُ وَأَبُو عَوَانَةَ وَإِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى سَبْعَ غَزَوَاتٍ.
Narrated Ibn Abi `Aufa:
We participated with the Prophet (ﷺ) in six or seven Ghazawat, and we used to eat locusts with him.
### Claim 3 Halal causes no blood clotting
If we look in sahih hadiths the neo claims of zabiha just contradict islamic history what a blunderous biddah?

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ الرَّازِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْخَيَّاطُ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
إِذَا رَمَيْتَ بِسَهْمِكَ فَغَابَ عَنْكَ فَأَدْرَكْتَهُ فَكُلْهُ مَا لَمْ يُنْتِنْ "
Abu Tha'laba reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) having said this:
If you shoot with your arrow and (the game) goes out of your sight and you find it (later on), then eat that if it has not got rotten.
Hadith
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرْمِي الصَّيْدَ فَأَطْلُبُ أَثَرَهُ بَعْدَ لَيْلَةٍ . قَالَ
إِذَا وَجَدْتَ فِيهِ سَهْمَكَ وَلَمْ يَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ سَبُعٌ فَكُلْ "
Sun an nasai Vol 5 book 42 hadith 4307
it was narrated that 'Adiyy bin Hatim said:
"I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I shoot game and I follow its tracks after of night. He said: 'If you find your arrow in it, and no predator has eaten from it, then eat it.

We have bullet list all important points.They are:-
## 1.It causes Hypovolemic shock.
## 2.It is a stressful way of slaughter.
## 3.Normally, any sensation felt in our body (somatic cells) is first perceived by cognate receptor proteins and it is then transmitted by nerves (collection of neurons) through the spinal cord to the brain. The response from the brain again is transmitted through the neurons of the spinal cord and manifested by the effector muscles of the body. In case of halal slaughter, this spinal nerve pathway is purposely not disturbed in case of halal, the pain sensation is transmitted from the brain until the animal dies.
## 4.One of the most well-accepted ways to measure pain is the EEG (electroencephalogram) or the study of neuronal electrical response in the brain. Docile animals like cow and sheep do not always visibly exhibit their pain; EEG study works perfectly to unearth their sensation of pain. Similar studies by French investigators for ventral neck incision (committed during halal slaughter), have shown the cattle to exhibit pain response up to 60 seconds and sometimes for minutes. And if the cut is not successful during halal, the animal undergoes unbearable pain.The reason behind this suffering is twofold: primarily, the nerve connection through spinal cord is intact and secondly, the vertebral arteries that also supply blood to the brain are unaffected during halal slaughter VNI instigated during halal slaughter causes ‘noxious stimulation'and contributes to a significant increase in the feeling of pain in the animal under slaughter as per the studies of Australasian and British groups of researchers
## 5.Moreover, most of the stress hormones (except adrenaline) are steroid in chemical nature and thus can traverse to the cell membrane directly to bind with nuclear (DNA) receptors causing irreversible genomic changes to the cell; the effect of this interaction could be long lasting even after complete removal of the blood from the body of the slaughtered animal.
## 6.Different groups of researchers across the globe have time and again provided evidence to prove that during the kosher/halal way of slaughter, animals undergo an immense amount of stress; in case of cows/bulls and goats, the level of three stress hormones, viz. cortisol, nor-adrenaline and dopamine increase 30-50%.This occurs because the release of most of our hormones, including all the stress hormones, are neuronally controlled by hypothalamic secretions from our brain. Pioneering work of famous American scientist Temple Grandin shows that if slaughter is performed without stunning, blood cortisol level increases followed by an increase in the muscle temperature of the animal. Normally, moderate level of adrenaline secretion as a response to stress converts muscle glycogen into lactic acid which lowers the meat pH (makes it acidic) and this not only keeps the meat tender and pinkish in colour but it also protects from the growth of harmful bacteria. But with the stressful slaughter method, excess secretion of the same hormone quickly causes depletion of the total pool of muscle glycogen; hence, by the time the meat is marketised, no more lactic acid is left in it, causing a higher pH level which promotes bacterial growth with drier, darker and firmer meat quality.
